This original painting features pink magnolias blooming in spring. Painted from my recent trip to Kansas City where magnolias and redbud trees were blooming.
Inspired by my growing backyard garden, and the plants I add each year, each painting represents the joy of the growing season. Using expressive brush strokes, and creamy paint, I blend colors to create a delicate painterly interpretation of the blooms.
